Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

True Connection Therapy is not currently accepting insurance. However, we are able to provide you with a Superbill, or receipt of services, if you would like to submit this to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

What are your rates?

My self-pay rate is $130 per session, including 60-minute intakes and 50-minute individual, couples, or family therapy sessions.

How do I schedule?

You can contact me by sending an email to Morgan@TrueConnectionTherapy.com or calling 317-350-4250. You can also request appointments by clicking the button below.

What can I expect in my first appointment?

During an intake session, we will review our consent forms and I will answer any questions you may have had about the forms, policies, or procedures. I will also ask background information questions to gain a fuller picture of who you are and reasons or concerns for seeking therapy. We will work together to discuss goals and plans moving forward.

Do you offer faith-based counseling?

I am able to integrate the client’s personal faith into the counseling process if the client requests this. I aim to be respectful, inclusive, and welcoming of every client’s personal religion, culture, and background, and I will not impose my own beliefs or values during our work together.

What populations do you serve?

I work with adult individuals, couples, and families. More specifically, I enjoy helping those healing from trauma, adjusting to life transitions, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

Do you provide teletherapy services?

Yes, I offer both in-person and teletherapy services to clients residing in the state of Indiana.

Do you offer intensives?

I am not currently offering intensives.

Do I have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for expected charges?

Yes. When you schedule with True Connection Therapy, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate, which is required under the “No Surprises Act”. This will outline the fees of different services and what you would be expected to pay. You are free to ask any questions about this process. It is encouraged that you keep a copy of your completed Good Faith Estimate.
