Support during and after pregnancy

Perinatal Mental Health

I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. I have received training through Postpartum Support International to provide supportive care for individuals with pregnancy-related mental health issues. This can include those trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or in the postpartum season of life.

I became passionate about this area after experiencing unanticipated struggles throughout my own pregnancy journeys. Motherhood is rewarding but also challenging. You are not alone. I want to help you get the support you need so that you can care for your bundle of joy without sacrificing your own needs.

Perinatal Couples Support

Any change in family dynamics can lead to potential relationship challenges for couples. Bringing home a new baby is a major transition, and often, couples experience stress on their relationship that they were not expecting.

Helping couples adjust to new parenthood is another passion of mine. Becoming a mom or dad can change who you are as individuals and as a couple. You partner may be experiencing challenges that you were not prepared for. You might be struggling with not knowing how to help. You might be missing your significant other while they are consumed with bottles, diapers, lack of sleep. You might be wishing your partner could understand the toll pregnancy has taken on your body, mind, and spirit.

I want to support you throughout this transition period so that your relationship is not neglected. I can help you strengthen your bond so that you become more of a team and less like adversaries.
