Welcome
In a world of filtered conversations and social media portrayals, you might find yourself longing for genuine self-expression and connection. True Connection Therapy is all about helping clients embrace their true authentic selves and develop meaningful relationships. My approach is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Using techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, humanistic and experiential therapies, and EMDR, we will work together to explore your internal world and cultivate secure and lasting connections.
Whether we're untangling old patterns or building new ways of relating, my goal is to help you feel more connected—to yourself, your values, and the people who matter most.
This work isn’t always easy—but it can be deeply transformative. You deserve to feel safe, whole, and connected. I’m honored to support individuals in finding their voice and inner strength, and to help couples create meaningful, lasting change together.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, stuck, or disconnected—from yourself, your emotions, or the life you want to live. Individual therapy offers a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin making meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, past trauma, or simply feeling lost or unfulfilled, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner self.
Every relationship has its challenges—but when communication breaks down, trust is shaken, or emotional distance grows, it can feel lonely, confusing, and painful. Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand each other more deeply, and begin to rebuild the connection you both long for.
Whether you're navigating frequent conflict, feeling disconnected, or recovering from a breach of trust, therapy can help you shift from reactive cycles into more secure, compassionate, and meaningful connection.
Some experiences stay with us—long after they’re over. Trauma, loss, or deeply painful moments can get “stuck” in the body and nervous system, resurfacing as anxiety, triggers, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection. EMDR therapy is an evidence-based approach designed to help you process and heal from these unresolved experiences.
Using a method called bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or defining and allowing traumatic or stuck memories to be integrated in a more adaptive, less distressing way.
